When to use

To enhance fertility: drink daily the week before ovulation and during.
To balance hormones: brew and consume 3-5 times per week.
Steep 1-2 teabags tea for 10-30 minutes in 6-8oz of hot water.
Teabags can be reused again later the same day for another cup.
To make a stronger tea for a larger quantity, use 2-3 teabags of this tea and steep for 1-4 hours at room temperature. Refrigerate
and use within 48 hours.
Do not drink during menstruation.
